I've removed all custom libraries & migrated the project without any changes

.... for me , archicad consume more cpu in windows 10 !!
it runs better on win7 computer... don't know why
did you solve your high cpu problem?
it goes better if transparency is disabled ... but not perfect
slow also when you make "control c"....
