AC 29 Migration Library is not working

I updated to AC29 and library migration does not work.
Anyone else having this problem? on the otrher versions i could do it without any issues.

 

Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon 15 Sequoia

I'm not sure what your problem with migration might be, but I recommend that you review the following free ARCHICAD 29 MIGRATION GUIDE available in Graphisoft Learn.

Thank you, i will check it right now.

Anyway it's sad to see now i need a "guide" to do something i used top do with just a couple of clicks... not a big fan of the updates so far...

You do not say what you are migrating from and to.

The fact that you have dots in your images showing missing objects makes me think you are trying to open an old file (27 or before) in 29.

There is no migration of objects from 27 and before to to 28/29.

You need to use the old libraries, or manually replace every object to the new library pack global objects.

 

 

There is no migration needed from a file using 28 global library packs to 29 global library packs.

The only thing you need to do is to swap the loaded library packs from the ones in your 28 program folder to the ones in your 28 program folder if you still have 29 installed.

If you don't have 29 installed, it seems Archicad will swap the libraries for you automatically.
