Has this been answered? Searched the forum and can't see anything.
Found some mention of it on a Google search.
Since installing 4013, Cinerender has stalled.
In the surface editor, the beach ball does not load in the CR tab of the surface editor dialogue, the render preview in PR settings dialogue does not refresh / load and rendering with CR doesn't work at all.
I read about a convoluted work around involving copying some files from somewhere but I really need something more straight forward.
Has GS got a solution to this as a hotfix yet? It's driving me mad. Fortunately I'm getting by on BIMx for now but I'm going to need to render something soon... This is the first time in HISTORY that I've had a problem with AC which I cannot sort out myself or via a readily available hotfix...
