I suppose you are referring to the two types of M1 Max chips - the one with the 24-core GPU and the other with the 32-core GPU.
Checking the prices, the Mac Studio with the 32-core GPU costs $200 more than the one with the 24-core GPU ($2200 vs. $2000), and you probably get about 33% more graphics performance. So, if graphics performance is important to you (3D navigation in complex or high-polygon count models, real-time rendering engines) then I would say the 32-core GPU model is 10% more expensive, but offers 33% more graphics performance so I would go with that one.
