ArchiCAD Start Edition and Renovation after migrating project from older version

Hello.
I am trying to use new stair and railing tool, but when I do the message pops up stating, that this element is hidden in current renovation phase and I need to change renovation phase or change settings of stairs but I don't see an option to do so.
I am using template created in ArchiCAD SE 2016 and updated program to ArchiCAD SE 2019.
Is there any way to fix my problem? Please help.

Renovation Filters are not available in Start Edition. It would appear that be default your template is setting Stairs & Rails to a alternate filter rather than the generic one used in SE...? Maybe if you shared your temple / file here someone might be able to modify the setting for you.
