Archicad version 29 is being installed, but the plug-in file cannot be loaded. Are you aware of this?

What plug-in / add-on are you referring to?
Barry.

The add-ons folder cannot be created. If you wish, you can perform a test installation of Archicad and check if the add-ons folder exists; this will help you understand the problem.
Notes: Archicad version 29, the Turkish version.

Again, what add-on are you referring to?
I have the goodies loaded just fine.
Or are you talking about some other 3rd party add-on on one you have created yourself?
Barry.

I have Archicad 29 INT and Hungarian versions installed on my computer, and both were installed and working correctly, Add-Ons folder included.
I don't know if this is relevant to you, but you can try installing as Administrator, see if that helps it be installed correctly.
If the issue persists, I would suggest contacting your local reseller and let them know about it.

If you'd like, I can offer a suggestion to help you understand the problem. You could try installing Archicad 29 TR on your own computer and see if the folder is installed successfully.

OK, so the Add-On folder is installed correctly in the INT version, but not in the Turkish version.
Please report this to your local reseller.
The Graphisoft Software Team is not following these forums (this is mostly a user-to-user forum, with occasional participation from Graphisoft people), so reporting to your local reseller is the best way to make sure that this problem reaches the relevant people.
