Archicad version 29 is being installed, but the plug-in file cannot be loaded. Are you aware of this?

What plug-in / add-on are you referring to?

Versions 6.5 to 27
i7-10700 @ 2.9Ghz, 32GB ram, GeForce RTX 2060 (6GB), Windows 10
Lenovo Thinkpad - i7-1270P 2.20 GHz, 32GB RAM, Nvidia T550, Windows 11

The add-ons folder cannot be created. If you wish, you can perform a test installation of Archicad and check if the add-ons folder exists; this will help you understand the problem.

Notes: Archicad version 29, the Turkish version.

Again, what  add-on are you referring to?

I have the goodies loaded just fine.

Or are you talking about some other 3rd party add-on on one you have created yourself?

@Sidar,

I have Archicad 29 INT and Hungarian versions installed on my computer, and both were installed and working correctly, Add-Ons folder included.

I don't know if this is relevant to you, but you can try installing as Administrator, see if that helps it be installed correctly.

If the issue persists, I would suggest contacting your local reseller and let them know about it.

I think this will be very difficult for you to understand, so I will repeat it to make it clearer. First of all, there is no such problem in the English version; the problematic version is the Turkish (TR) version.

You keep asking about the plugin, and it seems you haven't understood what I'm talking about, so I'll write the address of the folder that isn't installing here.

C:\Program Files\GRAPHISOFT\ARCHICAD 25 TR\ADD-ON'lar

When installing the Turkish (TR) version of the program (Archicad 29), the add-on folder at the address I provided above is not installed. I hope this simple issue is understood this time. There is no such thing as an add-on; this is a folder problem that is not being installed. Running it as administrator does not solve the problem; please don't expect anyone to find a solution with such a simple method.

The program installation was attempted on Windows 10 and Windows 11. A total of four computers were used to install the program, and the mentioned folder installation did not occur on any of them.

I don't think this is something you can fix; I believe it's an issue the software team needs to address.

I'm writing here what the problem is in the hope that the software team will see this conversation. Have a good day.

Note: I hope you understood the problem this time. It's not a plugin issue, it's a missing folder.

If you'd like, I can offer a suggestion to help you understand the problem. You could try installing Archicad 29 TR on your own computer and see if the folder is installed successfully.

OK, so the Add-On folder is installed correctly in the INT version, but not in the Turkish version.

Please report this to your local reseller.

The Graphisoft Software Team is not following these forums (this is mostly a user-to-user forum, with occasional participation from Graphisoft people), so reporting to your local reseller is the best way to make sure that this problem reaches the relevant people.
