Blank Orbit Screen

I am having a problem orbiting. When ever I click on axonometric view and then to orbit the screen turns black when I try to rotate. It also does this when ever I try to pan as well. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I`v made a printscreen with the isssue. It happened after i zoomed the image and then i clicked "O" for orbit. I also had an object selected and it can be seen in wireframe. The screen stays like that until i click another key.

The problem persist with the internal engine as well with the opengl engine and with wireframe mode too
Maybe its not a vital problem but it still annoying because i like when things run smooth and perfect.

No, I am just kidding. I would try to upgrade my graphics card drivers to the latest version as the first step.

Since 2009 Intel has not upgraded its laptop graphic drivers (945 and 965). As a result, there is no solution for laptops using Intel integrated graphics.

This does not really help you much but I know that Graphisoft really doesn't recommend systems with integrated graphics:

Ideally, you should have a separate graphics card

Having said that, I have managed to run AC-13 on my netbook. It's slow but it works!
