Error message every time I launch Archicad

Every time I launch Archicad (from the dock icon or by opening an existing pln file), the launch process is interrupted by this window (see attached screenshot). I can only hit OK since it's the only option but I would like to fix the problem and not get the window anymore.

Where is the location where I should have this "BuiltInLibParts" folder?

I uninstalled and reinstalled AC but the error message still appears.

Please help. Thanks.

The 'BuiltInLibraryParts.lcf' file should be in the default program folder.

This is from a Windows machine, but should be similar on a MAC.

Did you instal to the default location?

Is the file there?

Looks like I have it on the right place.

That certainly looks correct.

I am not a MAC user, so I am not sure what you would need to look at next.

But I would contact your local Archicad support if you have a support agreement (or subscription).
