Favorites not showing preview image

Any idea why some favorites don't display preview image? I've imported some from another file and also created some on this project. Some show preview, others don't. Seems random.

Hi,

Is it possible that this is happening in EDU version in TeamWork? There's a known issue like that (#246417).

Maybe the renovation status the Favorites were saved with was hidden when you opened the project? That might cause the previews to not generate properly (as they "do not exist" at that point - error #236393). In that case setting every renovation status to visible, saving the project and re-opening it should solve the issue.

Yes, that's what I meant.

Have you tried opening the same model on other computers? Are previews missing there too?

If so, can you send me the template (in a private message) so that I can try myself, and see what it might be?
