Font problem in interface

Hi there,

I have a problem in 7.0 on the 8.1 dongle on Panther 10.3.3 whereby the coordinates fields in the toolbar at the bottom of my screen are unreadable. I am suspecting a system/font issue, however I can't be sure. Any advice?
