Installation problem: no license and agreement

When I run installation on the second step I meet the problem. Installation asks to "read the following license agreement" but there's no text and no agreement buttons. And the NEXT button is inactive. What to do?

What kind of version is this (INT version or what)?
Mine looks different.
Do you have a hardware key with the program?

This is ArchiCAD 9. On my other computer installation was successful.

My ArchiCAD 9 looks like this.
It is ArchiCAD 9 Hungarian install.
So I don't know what version yours is.
Also, I do not see the text "Graphisoft" anywhere on yours.

That looks suspiciously like a repacked cracked version.
That image in the background is the installshield default background. The cracking team obviously didn't care too much about making it look like the real thing(which would be pretty easy).

On the other hand, people who have interest in ArchiCAD, but cannot afford it/have no buying option really don't have other place to ask except here.
