I guess it is a WIBU issue. You need to start the service that is giving out the licences for the other computer.
It must be some setting you can change after installation, search the WIBU site for that. I know only that during installation you can choose 'install as NT with autostart'. You can find the installation files on your DVD or on WIBU.com
The other computers need to search for the license on the network. With a regular installation that is standard.
