TW2 Add Library Problem.

TW2 Can't add a Library, comes up with "Add embedded objects", "Open Command", and have lost my library. How do I get it back.
Archicad 5,6,7,8,10,14,15,16, 19 + 20

If you mean that Linked Libraries (called Local Libraries in previous versions) cannot be added to the Project when it is shared: that is intentional to guarantee the same libraries are used by all Users.
If that is not the problem, maybe a screenshot would help.
