Does anyone else experience the issue I encounter with my Arrow Tool...it becomes unresponsive, sometimes for several minutes. I can toggle between the other tools, but everything is frozen until the arrow tool finally becomes responsive.

As with your newer post - you need to provide your operating system (platform/version) and Archicad version (and build) to get help on these kinds of things. Ideally, edit your profile here to add a signature with that info...such as you see in mine.
I'm guessing you are on Windows, as outdated Windows display drivers often cause interface issues. Is your machine completely up to date with all updates?
If you're on a Mac... I'm guessing that you are running a version of Archicad that is not supported by the version of macOS that you are running.
