Composite Walls Cutting Material Question

When drawing homes with composite walls, sometimes I need the plan to show a gyp wall, but it is showing as a siding due to it still having a portion of siding on the exterior...see images below...first image is how the floor plan looks when it looks...

Cropping Complex Meshes

We work with large/complex sites frequently. I would like to know an efficient/workable method to crop the meshes to the legal boundaries. If it were a rectangle, then I'd just trim/split. As the sites can be complex in geometry the above method does...
