Warning message

Hello, AC 12

When i try to run archicad i get this message
warning: cannot create temporary document

When I tried to clean AC temporary file folder i found this file
@Lock.T
..and this empty folder
LCFUnZip

I dont no in what direction I should look to solve the problem.

I knew there was a simple solution.

Hi ,

My client is also having the error message like cannot save temporary document.

They were using AC 18, in laptop with configuration of,
Windows 10,Core i7, 8GB RAM. with NVIDIA GeForce.

We uninstalled and re-installed the software. Still it is showing the same.

What would the problem.

Delete Autosave Folders in the following location(s):

• WIN: C:\Users\<user>\Graphisoft\AutoSave-<version>-<number of open projects>
• MAC: System drive/Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/Graphisoft/AutoSave-<version>-<number of open projects>

Hi,

I do have the same problem, but If I delete autosave directory from that day, AC25 will firstly open succesfully, but on second start it fails and error message still remain: Cannot Create Temporary Documents. 

Do you have any suggestions pls?

Problem seems to be solved when I have deleted all autosave directories not only from that day when problem starts.

I hope it will remains working ...
