I checked the trouble shooting wiki and believe I've followed all instructions; updating Java, the wibu driver and using MS Explorer,(whereas I normally use Firefox), but still no go.
(AC 14 continues to work with the keyplug so I did not mess it up).
OK, this is what I found out.
First; if your running the latest Explorer, you have to run it in "Compatability" mode to get to keyplug upgrade area.
But wait, there is more.
Now it implies that if I upgrade to 15, 14 will be disabled, or so it seems.
See red box in image.
What is this about?
No, it just means that your 14 licenses are being replaced with 15 licenses. Any license allows running all versions prior to that version, so nothing is being disabled. 😉

Thanks Karl
Don't remember seeing this kind of update message before and yes all the other times I've upgraded the key has worked for all previous versions.
I do think it's a poor choice of words though.
