Archicad 28 No Library

Just downloaded 28.  Migrated and open a project from 26.  The entire model is without library parts and surfaces. I went to library manager and the 28 libraries are "missing". What did I do wrong? Seems there is no library 28?  The entire model is the dreaded purple and black checkerboard. and library parts are the big black blobs.

Operating system used: Windows 11 pro

Anyone out there that uses BIMcloud with this problem?  I eliminated all libraries except 26 which is where the windows are.  and still have the big black blob.  Also if I'm understanding I can't use the 28 libraries, i can't even have it in the project?

Have you expanded the missing library part list to see what it is looking for?

I think you need to load in the Archicad library 28 and MEP Library 28 then lets see how it goes.

You may need to load the relevant migration libraries too.
