Best 3rd Party Cabinets?

Howdy,
I'm hoping some of you will share your thoughts on which third party cabinet objects you like and would recommend as well as any that have proven a disappointment.

My complaints with the GS cabinets are:
No flat panel (or Shaker style) door option
Limited plan information, eg. no way to show or include doors or end panels for dimensioning.

Thanks for your help.

AFAIR Theometric had a Cabinet Builder that did quite a bit last time I had the pleasure of using it ... now have not checked the menu recently, so I might be wrong.

It might be your library, but in Int you do have the flat panel doors? Or is my understanding gone the way my memory had? 😉

By flat panel I don't mean slabs but rahter frame and panel with flat, ie.not raised, panels. I will try manipulating the glass door. But there are many other things I'd like to see in a cabinet object. I know about Cabinet Maker and am looking into it. I am just wondering if ther is anythng else out there.

Geoff,

Try www.ddgi.com ask for Neil. He does a pretty good job with his cabinets. Apparently just updated his library for AC 8.1. He DOES have a Shaker Style door panel for his cabinets, or pretty close.

Sometimes quarky parts, but he has always been willing to fix problems in parts if you find them.

Good Luck,
Robert Mariani

PS, tell Neil he knows how to email me my commission
