Hello. This is for Archicad 25 NA. I have used the window object Splay Bay 25 in a house model. It seems it only has options for the main (middle) pane to have some sort of opening. I cannot find a way to select "not operable". That is, have all windows fixed.
Does anyone know if this can be changed in that object? I like the object other than that and don't want to dive into making 3 separate windows at this point.
Cheers.

I don't have Archicad running at the moment so can't check or show screen shots.
Your image shows the 'Description' tab.
Click where is says 'Description' in the title and you will see a drop-down list.
Look for something to do with the sashes and you may find an opening style option there.

Hi Barry.
It took me awhile to get back into this issue. Seems the 25 window here in NA does not have the option, but the AC26 version does. Thanks. G.
