Created Object doesn't display correctly

Created this object for sinks/showers plumbing plan. If you notice in the original on the LEFT side, one of the line end/circles is solid, the other line end/circle is open. Saved the object as a 3/4" HW/CW pipe and as a 1/2" HW/CW pipe... in both instances, the line end/solid circle fails to show, in the example on the RIGHT. What happened? Why?

In the Object under Parameters > Fills check the Fill 1 type. In my test Object (just using one line with filled circle end) this controls the fill of the circle. If that is not the case, describe how you created the Object step by step.
