Custom Door panel problem

I have tried a search, but couldn't find any relating to the problem i have… so here goes:

When I go to the "Save custom component" function, the drop down menu that should give me the options for door/window panel etc looks like like the picture below.

And then the doors won't recognise it as a panel that can be used.

Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

My Archicad is up to date and I have all the addons installed etc.

Actually this has been discussed more than once.

The solution is to keep one copy of a fresh install (>>> AC library !!!) in a separate folder.
Once your door / window custom panels disappear, replace the custom component object folder from your backup install into the active library.
See picture below.

The different save options will reappear after reload.
All custom panels used in your 3D model also....

I have it happen with AC10 and AC11. Have not tried AC12 so far for daily work.
