Cylinder object showing on correct story

Anonymous
Not applicable
When I use the cylinder object (found in the Basic Shapes), I can't get it to show on the "all relevant stories". If I put it on that setting it only shows on the home story but not the stories above. And if I put it to "all stories" then it shows on the ground level where I don't want to see it but on all the upper stories. Is there a simple setting I'm missing?

Would a circular collumn not do the trick here?

This is what you're looking for (in a 3D object this is built-in on Parameters list):
ac_bottomlevel
ac_toplevel
Say you have a plan view of an elevator which is a 2D script only. You can still use the toplevel and bottomlevel to tell AC how far above an below it will be visible.
You need to edit the GDL of this object to unhide these parameters on the list. If you've never done any GDL that's a good starting point.
