Door display problems

Hello,

i've got this simple problem with the display of doors on my project.

With the setting on symbolic i just got a opening line but no door.
With the settings on projected, i get a door but no opening line.

I want my doors to be open 90 degree and a door projected.

What im i doing wrong?

The dutch library doesn't show the door thickness on the opening line, if that is what you mean. The symbol is scale sensitive though, a setting you can change. Default is 1:50 for detailed symbol showing the rebate (sponning), you can change it to 1:100 for example. It will also show the doorpanel in closed situation at higher detail setting.

I believe it has changed with ArchiCAD18 now that it is using the international window and door frames. Those can also show the door thickness on opening line, this is controlled by the model view options (MVO).

You could try getting the international library from the bimcomponents.com, but I don't think it has ArchiCAD 15 there.

Our office rarely does 1:20 floorplans, so I've never really missed the option myself.
