I have tried many things to have the door show on top of the fill, but always the fill shows through. Any thoughts on how to have the door be on top will be greatly appreciated.
Best regards - Chris

cgorgas wrote:are you talking about the fill lines showing through the door leaf? you need to ensure that you're using a door that has fill-capability in 2D (all of those in the archiCAD library do) and then under the '2D representation' tab of the objects parameters turn on fills, set the door leaf fill to 'empty' with a background pen of 91 (white). or whatever colours/representation suits you i guess.

Hello -
I am attaching a picture of where I am looking for the settings you mentioned. I cannot seem to find the fill areas. Please let me know if I am looking in the wrong place.
Many Thanks - Chris

Hello Chris and Ben,
I have what I believe is the latest AC 9 library (9.0/128.pla)
and AC application (build 2018), both US version.
There is no fill option in the 2D symbol settings.
The settings appear to be identical to the AC 8.1 (US) library part.
Chris, you seem to imply that there used to be a libray of doors that
did have a fill for the door panel. I have never seen such a library
and therfor use a library of doors that I made that have fills for
the panel and the jamb and trim.
This is interesting because I thought that, aside from certain localization
differences, the only difference between the US version library
and the Int version library was the file structure.
But apparently, this is not the case.
We may have to download a copy of the Int version library and swap out
library parts to get the latest functionality.

Well I am downloading the Int library now and will let you know how that turns out. Thanks to both of you for your thoughts.
