Guardrail with diagonal ("X") 2 x 4 wood ballusters

I used the library handrail to create the main frame of the handrail by
turning off the middle ballusters option. I tried wall, beam to create the diagonal members and place right between the handrail main frame. None worked.
Also I need to know how to create the same handrail at the stairs (sloped).

Complex profiles can do all of this. The 'X' is very easy to handle this way. If you're not familiar with complex profiles, search the forum and learn. You'll be very happy.

My advise is not to fuss with the library parts or stair tools. Model your own stairs and railings.

If you want to show a picture or post a file I will model it for you as an example. When you see how easy it is you will understand why I advise you not to bother with the stair tools and such.

You should take Steve up on his generous offer.
Until then, no stair tool can do custom structural stairs like this.
