No it's not... sort of. That option IS available in the US versions also in the "AC9 Library Special Edition", but I didn't find it in the "AC9 lib for SE9". The first one is the library with the graphic display of the stacking/ganging option. The second one would've or should've had the option within the parameters, but doesn't, and I'm pretty sure I have the latest libraries.
I've been told that both should be loaded, but just about the time I was about to remove the "AC9 lib for SE9" library, version 10 came out and I haven't bothered much with these libraries.
