Missing 2D symbol

Dear Staff,

In the teamwork project we working on we have some basic archicad 22 library objects which lost its 2D symbol. They working perfectly on every computer, except one. On that computer we tried to delete the whole library and load it again from the BIM server. Then we quit the project, deleted the local datas. After the rejoin we had the same problem, but only on that single computer.

Could somebody tell me what to do?
