I found a gem would like to share (at least a gem to me). I use the "User Define" parameters of ArchiFm for Lists & I.S. a lot. But not all objects like RoofMater elements have ArchiFM & Listing Parameters.
Use the editable Archicad Library (extracted one) loaded, create a roof, put a beam on the roof, select the beam and open the GDL code. Now enable the ArchiFM line (the X out button) and save it. Open the object and you have it all!
