Window marker text alignment not working

Is anyone else finding the inbuilt AC27 window marker doesn't like central text alignment? I have a 3 line marker with everything set to central alignment, but the bottom line will only catch to left or right justified. 

Any ideas on how to resolve??

The window marker subheading has all the alignment locked, wondering if this is the root of the problem...
