Hello,
I have a problem with a correct representation of a door orientation (left or right opening) in the door marker. I am using CZE version of Archicad 28 (5200) and left orientation should be depicted as "L" (levá/left) and right orientation as "P" (pravá/right). Instead of "P" for right orientation I get "V". I don't know why. There is no European word that starts with "V" for right. This problem persists also on my other computer with macOS Sequoia and same Archicad version. I did not have this problem in version 26,25 or 24. I checked the compatibility options in the GDL Object Editor and there are correct abbreviations "L" and "P". Also in the door settings the Door Orientation Definition is correctly set to Automatic.
Has anyone experienced this issue? Do you know how to solve it? I would be very grateful for any assistance. I cannot manually correct the door markers for more than 100 doors in a project.
Best,
Prokop

I finally solved it with the latest library update. I updated Archicad to get the latest release of 28 but forgot about the library. It was probably some bug in the previous version of archicad library. Anyway thanks for your help!

Can you also post screenshots of the settings for the Door Dimension Marker, especially where you set it to display the Door Orientation in the Marker Head? The Marker Head normally displays the Element ID, so your Marker may be a custom or country-specific Marker, I guess.

Hi Laszlo,
thanks for the reply! Sorry, I was not able to write earlier.
Yes, it's a Czech door marker, where you can set up ID, Orientation or some User settings. Unfortunately, everything is in Czech.

This is a bit of a mystery to me. I checked the CZE Door Marker in Ac29 Tech Preview and it correctly displayed the values for me.
What you could do is you could set the "Door Orientation Definition" parameter to " Custom" ("Valstní"), and enter the desired value in the "Door Orientation" field that appears.
