door leaf showing different profiles on each side

i have placed some interior doors with standard 1 panel leaf but the door shows only a smooth slab on one side and the shaker panel on the other. this is not a user defined parameter as far as i know. is there some option i'm missing or is it just another bug?

I think it is a bug with that panel.

If they do not want to fix library issues like these, they should work on developing object hierachies that allow objects called through the Collections to utilise the parents default GS settings such as gs_leaf_mat. I created a wish for this in regards to door panels, as well as later a more generic one, but they have both been "archived"... It would make the library so much more dynamic and customisable, while also reducing so much of the clutter.
