"RAR" objects from Archibase

I tried to search for previous topics on this topic but couldn't find anything, please direct me to the other post if this has already been discussed elsewhere.

I downloaded a few files from a site called www.archibase.net

They have some great objects but when I save them, they have a ".rar" extension, so I cant make them work.

Does anyone know if there is something I can or need to do to objects with this extention to convert them to usable gdl objects?

.rar is a 'Stuffit' compressed file, like .zip can download it as shareware to expand files.

Have seen the objects on that site, some seem ab bit too good to be free...

not exactly a stuffit file butt a Winrar file.
