Can't open file

Hello,

I used to have archicad 25 student trial version with which I created a file for a little trial project. My trial expired and now I can't open this file in any way - even just to view it. I asked for an extension of the trial as I am still a student but I haven't heard back from Graphisoft. I also downloaded the archicad 26 trial version in the hopes that I'll be able to open the file but still doesn't allow me to open the file... How can I open this file????????!!!

OK, I am still a student and I cannot buy the software. I've applied for extension of the educational license but have not heard back - do you know of any way I can speed up the process as I need to access the file ASAP?

You need to check in myarchicad.com that is were the serial number will show up.

EDU licenses review usually take from 1-3 days.

If nothing shows up then you can use the email in "Get in Touch" in myarchicad.com to send a message.

See answer below.

You will not have access to the file done with the Trial version since the only way to open it is with a "NEW" Commercial version of AC.

Myarchicad says its still processing - see below (it's been 5days now). I guess I need to get on an international call to reach out to them as there is no local archicad contact...

Thank you
