I am trying to upload my software license to the pool and it wont connect to the server and complete it.
I am doing this from ArchiCAD 24 and only did this late last week successfully.
I am signed into the License pool and it is not appearing as available to download to my other new computer which has AC 27 installed.
I had done this last week as well.

Hi Rob,
I had the same problem, updating LM helped.
I found a useful link with a more detailed explanation and downloadable update.
I hope this will help.

Immediately after I typed this out and sent it I spotted the large bit of text at the top of the screen mentioning that as of the 6th of that month which was the day before, Graphisoft had done an update to the licensing software for versions 22 -25 so of course I did that and it worked immediately. Problem solved. Thanks for your reply though. Same solution which would have been spot on. Cheers

Have you installed the security update mentioned in previous posts?
Barry.

I have the same problem "connection to the server could not be established". I use a perpetual license for archicad 26, also didn't install the security update because it's supposed to be for Archicad 22-25, so i'm not really sure how to fix it, should i install the update or does anyone have any solution? Thanks

Hi all,
The License Manager Tool has to be updated regardless of the Archicad version, please install the update to resolve the issue. We have updated the article and Graphisoft Insights post accordingly.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Kind regards,
Oleksandra
