Graphisoft License Manager Tool

Hello,

I'm leaving a message here because, for the past two weeks, I haven't been able to upload my Archicad license in the Graphisoft Manager Tool. I'm stuck at step 1/4 with the message "loading license information." I’ve tried installing the latest update and running the program as an administrator, but the issue remains unresolved.

Could someone please help me?

Thank you.

Operating system used: Windows Start Edition 2020

I see you are on a Windows machine.

Have you installed the security update?

This affects the License Manager.

Hello eveyrone,

I installed the security update and it solved the problem right after.

Thanks a lot for your quick replies.

Best regards.
