Graphisoft server interruption? 2025-06-23

Our firm has experienced a total interruption for the entire day 06-23-2025 with BimServer and Graphisoft ID Licensing Manager Tool.  We are a small firm in the Southeast USA and have not really been able to get any information on the problem and how widespread it is.  Has anyone else had a problem today?

Thanks

jessef

You should also contact your local reseller and report it to them, they may have the most up-to-date information about such situations.

I have heard from multiple offices that Comcast (US internet service provider) has classified all graphisoft's domains as SPAM and blocked access. This means that no one can work on their projects since "floating licenses" can only work for 30 minutes without connecting.

Check your service provider,

For a list of Graphisoft hosts that an Archicad workstation computer needs to be able to communicate with, please see the “Secure communication via Graphisoft products” Graphisoft Community article here. Should the cybersecurity protection of your Internet service provider (ISP) that detects malware or phishing erroneously block *.graphisoft.com hosts, disabling that should allow for working around the issue. If the issue clears by disabling the cybersecurity protection of your ISP, then for resolution of the issue, your ISP's support team may guide you on how to allow connection to the hosts with the cybersecurity protection enabled by adding the hosts to an allow list. Or they may correct the issue with the cybersecurity protection so that it doesn't flag the hosts as being malicious.

We are now able to connect using Comcast. No idea was what fixed, but if you are a Comcast user and were having problems in the US the issue may have been fixed as of the 27th of June.
