Hello,
I can't access the License Manager Tool on my Windows 10 Pro device. It gives me an internet connection error, but if I click the Retry button multiple times, I can view my license key with the error “Key Content Not Accesible". I have checked all my firewall settings and installed the security update but the problem persists. Another device in the office running Windows 11 does not have this problem.
I think this problem might be caused by the Windows version (TLS Protocol). Should I upgrade my device to Windows 11 or is there another solution ?
Operating system used: Windows 10 Pro

Hi Sefa,
This sounds as if it's related to the phasing out of the TLS 1.0 & 1.1 protocols by Windows. There was an update provided by Graphisoft for the License Manager (and older AC versions). Check this post: https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/Graphisoft-Insights/Security-Update-for-Archicad-22-25-and-Licen...
Please try installing that update if you haven't yet and let us know if it resolves the issue.
Best,
Bernd

Hi, Bernd,
I installed the License Manager Tool Security Update but that didn't change anything. So I think the problem may be caused by the operating system update.

AC28, Win10, works fine for us. Is your Win10 up to date?
