Has anyone had any luck with this? I have updated ArchiCAD as suggested. I have updated safari on my mac and the OS to the latest the iMac can handle. Still no change for me. Click Sign In and I only get a blank window and I never have the ability to login. Can't download my license - can't use ArchiCAD on the computer.

I'm afraid I know the answer to this one, but is it possible to go back to a physical key? Even when LMT is letting me login, it often hangs in the process somewhere from all the computers I have used it on. Physical key is seeming like the best thing at the moment. You can at least get work done. Very frustrating. It was working fine on Friday.

Have you contacted your local support to report this? As I say, we’re all Mac based in our office with a mix of Intel and Apple Silicon machines and Sequoia and Tahoe macOS and none of us have an issue being able to access License Manager.

I have not contacted local support but will look into that (I am not sure who that would be as of right now).

I will try not to be too wordy, but it seems I got it working for now. I had tried the latest version of LMT but it would refuse to launch on my iMac despite it appearing to be within the system requirements listed for LMT. When I installed the LMT, it created a folder "License Manager Tool (Intel Based Mac)". I renamed the folder to "License Manager Tool" and it now launches and with the new version of LMT I get the sign in window as expected and it appears to be working. I have tested this twice by renaming the folder and putting the "(Intel Based Mac)" back in the folder name and it prevents LMT from launching. Still not sure why, as I thought "()" were allowed in folder names. I tried this just on a whim, looking for anything that could be keeping the app from launching. So, posting this for anyone that comes behind. Try downloading/installing the newest version of LMT. If the folder it creates includes "(Intel Based Mac)" or something like that in the folder name, rename the folder so it is just called "License Manager Tool" and see if that works for you.

GS will no longer issue physical keys... LMT so frequently gets stuck at some point...

The solution is exactly as Lee has posted. The problem is caused by a change at AWS. But the actual version of the LMT can handle it. It is downloadable in the different language versions. You can find the INT-Version on this page

I found the solution only on our german support site: https://support.graphisoft.com/hc/de/articles/40152035116305-Verbindungsprobleme-mit-dem-License-Man...It is very important to uninstall the current LMT-Version with the help of the uninstaller in this folder: Applications/Program files > Graphisoft  > License Manger Tool > Uninstall.LMT.

The upgrade is successful if the LMT has the new icon (blue-white) and displays a version number 28.02.0.5550 (or higher).

Update:

Graphisoft NA was able to fix a "de-sync problem" and has us revoke and re-assign licenses to everyone This now gives everyone access to bimCloud SaaS.  Thank you to Ors Renyi for the help.  It does appear that the US version of the LMT still to not work on older Versions of MacOS, meaning we have perpetual licenses/subscription software keys stuck on some workstations.  I don't think this is a huge issue at the moment, but we will see.   At some point I will try the workaround that @Phil mentioned to see if we can get them uploaded.

Have you tried to use the command "Upload Software Key" in the help menu of Archicad (Archicad will quit afterwards ... please read the messages). That worked for one of my clients prior to the reinstalling of the LMT.

Wow, I didn't even think about that one... honestly, I forgot that command is even there!  We will give it a shot.
