We have encountered somthening similar too, the problem was old version of macOS and incomatibility with new certificates on graphisoft websites.
here is a solution you can try.

To import the trusted certificate, follow the steps below:

1. Download the Certificate here

2. Open Keychain Access

  • Open Applications → Utilities → Keychain Access
  • Or use Spotlight (⌘ + Space) and type “Keychain Access”

3. Import the Certificate

You have two options:
Option A:

  • Simply drag and drop the .crt or .pem file into the Keychain Access window.

Option B:

  • In Keychain Access, go to File → Import Items...
  • Select the downloaded certificate file.

When prompted, choose the System keychain (not Login).

4. Trust the Certificate

Once imported:

  1. Locate the certificate (search “Sectigo” in the search bar).
  2. Double-click it to open its details.
  3. Expand the Trust section.
  4. Set “When using this certificate” → “Always Trust”.
  5. Close the window.
  6. Enter your administrator password to confirm.

5. Restart Safari (or your Mac)

After doing this:

The warning should now disappear if everything was installed correctly.

We have the same problem.  We cannot update our Mac0S because those who did so from our office could not print. So Graphisoft has to create a fix for it.

Have you tried a solution from my reply from 2 weeks ago?
We can not expect Graphisoft (or any other devoloper) to focus on older versions of OS as it would require too many resources. Second thing is that older OS have issues with safety and the steps which led to this error are that to prevent threats -> more safety.

I'll copy the solution here again:

Thank you for the response. The problem is that my computer does not even allow for the download of the certificate.  While I understand that graphisoft cannot dedicate time to older versions, I don't understand why graphisoft did not just leave things as they were.  Why introduce changes so that the sign in is no longer accessible to users who were previously able to use the system? We are paid up members, why should we be any less than those having more advance hardware that can enable upgrades to more advanced iOS? It is very frustrating.

As I wrote, changes that made this are connected to updating certificates to be more safe.

The problem with macOS is that its applications are tied to the macOS version, meaning, you can not run newest Safari version on older macOS.

Safari is default browser for the sign-in in the License manager tool and can not be changed (even though you can set the default browser to another (- Chrome, Mozilla, Opera etc) it is not going to solve this problem because it is hard-coded in the OS.

Could not print? Is that due to a printer driver? Should it not be up to your printer vendor to support the current MacOS rather than GS to support an outdated MacOS?

We have been busy with trying to get the printer to support Mac iOS12 for the last 2 weeks and the final recommended solution was to purchase a new printer.  It is a multi-function photocopier/scanner/ printer so we had already invested quite a bit into that... and it will set back the business to have to purchase a new one. I had no expectation of GS supporting an outdated MacOS but they could've left everything as it was for those users, since it was working just fine

All this does is take one to the Graphisoft home page when one launches the LMT.
