Hello,
I have a software key with a perpetual license for Archicad 26. However, I'm not able to disconnect the license from one device and connect in another. I have three PCs, in the same network, and I can't figure out how to open Archicad in one PC, after shutting down the others PCs.
I don't want to use the three at the same time, I just want to be able to move the license from one PC to another.
How do I do that? Web License Manager and disconnecting the IPs seems not to work.

Mine is a software license, not a cloud license.
I can't release the license in the Archicad Help Menu. The option is greyed out.
I have three licenses. The License Manager Tool shows that I can upload all three to the Company License Pool. I don't want to install License Manager Tool in another PC, I want to only upload one license to the Company License Pool, and connect in another PC with this one, so I can work in multiple devices with the same one license, since I'm using one device at time.

You will need License Manager Tool on each computer.
That is the only way you can send the license back to the company pool.
You must do it from the machine you are working on.
I am not sure why you can't do it from the Archicad Help menu unless you are not signed in with your Graphisoft ID in Archicad.

I have License Manager Tool installed on the another computer. Even so, the only PC that the License Manager Tool does not show this error is the central server.
License Manager Tool in the main PC:
License Manager Tool in any other PC:
Since it has 3 licenses, I wish those 3 could float in any PCs, disconnecting and reconnecting the licenses. I'm logged in with Graphisoft ID, as you can see bellow, and the option still greyed out:

Your LMT may need a security update.
