3D error of AC15 file in AC16

I have a file which was created in AC15 which I want to open in AC16 to continue work. All seems o.k. until I go to the 3D window, where I get the OpenGL error message / report in my screen shot below. Any idea what would be causing this? I have simply opened it in AC16 and consolidated Libraries, that is all.

Traced the problem to an object from the Foraform furniture library. Fixed. Thanks for your help.
