3d vectorial hatching menu missing! can not display

In Archicad 20 I can not tick the "3d vectorial hatching" menu point in the "selected section setting menu", because it's completely missing.
Has it been moved, or it's an installation problem, how do we recover it? The whole office has the same problem.

If "Nothing" is selected in the "Fill Uncut Surface with" setting then the Vectorial Hatching is hidden.
If this is not a BUG then it should be.

I think it is a Bug. It should not do that.
