So...when will it be available to start testing it?
When will the resellers get it?
Where can I find where it's new features will be?
How soon will it ship to resellers, then to the enduser?

Please advise.

A surprise yes !
A big step for Roofs and a small step for other entities modelling - like stairs for example.
No modelling revolution in Archicad - only Shell element is remarkable with limited freeform and parameters options .
Good direction and feeling but for a revolution it will take some years with actual improvements speed .

Just need to read...

The press release here:
http://www.graphisoft.com/community/press_zone/ac15.html

gives a May 23 release date with shipment following by a few weeks, and 23 localized versions expected to be released by the end of Q3 2011.

I don't know the dates, but I believe that in most years, the INT, GER and USA versions are released almost immediately. I suspect that people in ArchiPlus/subscription will get their copies shipped directly to them in June.

Features are all (mostly) listed here:
http://www.graphisoft.com/products/archicad/index.html

by clicking on the various tabs at the top of that page and then watching all of the videos.

Is there something wrong with the ArchiPlus program?

I can't find anywhere to login. Perhaps the site is down for repairs?

The ArchiPLUS Subscription Program is still around but the Web Portal has been discontinued on some sites ??

As long as there are third party addons like Objetive and cigraphs stairmaker, there is no incentive for GS to develope anything. Its clear there is some kind of agreement going on that allows GS to concentrate on their main priorities in the developement schedule leaving customers to buy addons if they want archicad to be more useful.

Got a call last week from my new reseller on the East Coast to verify my address.
Could be coming soon!

No - Encina does not have any agreement with GS and do not influence its planning in any way. GS provides development tools like GDL and the API for the simple reason that it cannot develop a solution for every problem alone, and this is one of ArchiCAD's strengths.

Seems to me the shell tool should be able to model just about any stair you want....
