see attached.
GS tech guru showed us on a MAC how you can do a "Control - " (that's control and a "minus" combination) key stroke that when a wall is selected...you can manipulate manually the plane of the end at which composite skin it will hit.....how have you guys done it on a PC?

Menu Command is:
Edit-> Reshape-> Adjust

In PC either "Alt-" might be the shortcut.

thanks sir.
apparently, it doesn't work as the GS tech gal described. In a MAC, she selected the wall, the pressed "apple -", then was able to cycle thru each plane of the wall where it was terminating at....

In a PC, I just go to the pull down "edit" menu after the wall was selected then proceed to follow the prompts at the bottom of the comman line...seems I don't know or I can't cycle thru the different planes like she did in a MAC.

Select the wall to edit, make sure the wall tool is active, then CTRL click on the skin you want to end at.
If the wall is short it will extend to that skin.
If it is too long it will split at that skin and you can delete the part you don't want.

I am not aware of a way to cycle through the skins on PC.

Or of course you can use Adjust (CTRL -) and click the skin you want to trim too (as described above).
Then you don't need the wall tool active and it automatically deletes the split part of the wall if you are adjusting a wall to be shorter.
