Any idea when ARCHICAD 23 will be released?

Does anyone have a date for the release of ARCHICAD 23? When I fired up ARCHICAD 22 the other day, I saw a message saying my protection key had been updated to ARCHICAD 23, so I am hoping that the release is around the corner. We have some new projects starting up soon and would like to test them out in 23. Has anyone heard any rumors of a release date?

Downloaded and installed AC23 last night. I've already migrated this year's projects over and all seems to be running fine. Having a slight issue with running two instances of BIMCloud, but hopefully, I'll get that sorted.

Could have really used the new beam and column tools for a timber frame project I modeled last month!

I haven't had a chance to look through all the changes but noted one thing that's been a wish for what seems like decades: leader lines can be set to be centered on the first (or last) line of text!!
