Arc a group of objects

I am trying to create a curve for a pavement line and need help on how to achieve this.
I have created a vertical line of small slabs to represent cobbles as a path edging, but need to curve the edging towards the top. Is it a case of placing each slab separately rotating slightly each time? Or is there an easy way to do this?

Any help would be much appreciated.

im not sure exactly what you are trying to do but can you use the multiply command using the rotate option
