License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Archicad Stair Objects and Property Data

Is an Archicad Stair object smart enough to know the area occupied by the flights and the area of the landing? If so can this be used to create a Property that evaluates these?

I'd like to create a property that would let me use a Zone for the entire stairwell on a floor, but then create a schedule item that gives me the area occupied by the flights only.

The zone can first drive door and finish schedules while the property can render a number for there GFA deduction.

I don't see any parameters or properties for landing or flight areas.

I assume the General Area will be the entire stair.

There is a Stair Front Surface Area - no idea what that would be.
