Barrier free doors and elements

Hello, 

Is it possible to set doors, windows and other elements with minimum free area marked? Do elements include that funtion in any archicad version or what would be the way to set it up?
 

I normally combine them with the area tool, but would be great if it would be joined in one element somehow
Or would I need to create my personal element for that?

Hi @ananas 

You can set the Minimal Space for door, windows and certain objects (lavatory, WC, beds, etc). You can turn it on from MVO settings.
