Beam Tool Not Cleaning Up Corners, Why?

I don't usually have this problem. Am I missing a setting? This is a footing created from a complex profile and the beam is level and flat.

Check if Clean walls and beams intersections is on.

Check your Layer intersection group number isn't set to zero if the post above isn't the solution.
